Here at Online tile shop, we operate a weight-based Kerbside delivery. We base all our shipping cost on the weight of the products. We also have a collection service, if you wish to send your own haulier in or collect it yourself.

Pallet Deliveries Information
Pallet deliveries are made between Monday - Friday 8:00am and 5:00pm unless an AM or PM service has been selected. We ask the delivery company to call approximately 1 hour before they are due to arrive.
All pallet deliveries are made 'kerbside'. This means your order will be left outside of your property at the nearest accessible location. Please note the pallet truck cannot travel over grass, gravel or steps and the driver will be unable to assist you in taking the goods into your property.
Please ensure you have let us know of any delivery restrictions that would prevent an 18-tonne lorry from unloading a pallet by tail lift outside your property.
Please ensure somebody is at the property on your selected delivery day as failed palletised deliveries will, unfortunately, result in re-delivery charges. Some tile boxes weigh in excess of 30kg each and we recommend you have arranged help on the day of delivery if you need it.
All deliveries must be signed for and any shortages, damages, or other discrepancies 'must be detailed' on the delivery note and reported within 48 hours. We therefore ask that someone is available at the delivery address to sign for the goods.
Returns Policy
You can return complete boxes of tiles to us within 30 days of purchase, providing we receive them in good condition. This applies to products we actively stock only.
The charge for this is 25% of the net value of the goods returned, whichever is greater (subject to vat). No returns can be accepted without an invoice under any circumstances. Please check tiles immediately as claims cannot be dealt with after installation.
